ZYRATHION — LORD OF THE TIME CRYSTAL Guardian of Time • Master of Destiny • Keeper of Eternity Before time had time, before the first worlds were given names, the Time Crystal existed within Dragonia. It is one of the ancient sovereign crystals whose power was never meant to belong to a single ruler. Its purpose is to preserve the natural passage of time throughout the universe. Zyrathion was born to guard it. From birth, the Time Crystal recognized his bloodline and bound itself to his spirit. Zyrathion does not simply travel through time—he exists both within it and outside of it. Past, present, and future can become one before his eyes. He can step outside the normal flow of reality, disappear from one age and emerge in another, slow entire battlefields, accelerate moments, reverse limited events, or bring time to an absolute standstill. When Zyrathion commands “TIME, KNEEL,” everything around him can freeze in place. Warriors stop between heartbeats. Weapons hang motionless in the air. Even explosions can become suspended within a single instant while Zyrathion continues to move freely. His greatest and most dangerous gift is his ability to rewrite destiny. By looking through the currents of time, Zyrathion can witness possible futures and alter the events leading toward them. But he understands that every change has consequences. The Time Crystal is therefore not a weapon he uses recklessly—it is a sacred force he is sworn to protect. THE BOND OF ZYRATHION AND HIS DRAGON Zyrathion’s dragon is more than his companion. They are two beings joined through one ancient spiritual bond. Their minds, emotions, instincts and power are connected through a permanent psychic link. If Zyrathion sees danger, his dragon senses it. If his dragon is wounded, Zyrathion feels the wound. Across enormous distances—and even across different points in time—their minds can still reach one another. Their personal crystal acts as the bridge between them, allowing their power to flow back and forth. The crystal does not grant its strength freely to outsiders; its energy exists specifically to strengthen the sacred bond between Dragon Lord and dragon, allowing them to protect one another, heal one another and defend the greater Sovereign Crystal of Dragonia. Their shared energy gives Zyrathion extreme regeneration. Severe wounds can begin repairing almost immediately as temporal energy restores damaged flesh and armor toward an earlier, uninjured state. Likewise, Zyrathion can channel his own life force through their bond to strengthen and heal his dragon. THE DRAGON SHIELD Zyrathion’s enormous Dragon Shield is forged as an extension of that bond. The dragon face covering the shield is not merely decoration—it represents the guardian spirit protecting him. When awakened, the shield generates a powerful 360-degree temporal force field, surrounding Zyrathion in layers of blue crystalline energy. Incoming attacks can be slowed before impact, redirected through distorted time, or stopped against the barrier completely. At maximum power, the shield can protect Zyrathion, his soulmate and his dragon simultaneously. STAFF OF ETERNITY Zyrathion’s staff is the primary conductor of his temporal power. Energy from his crystal, his dragon bond and his own body flows through the staff and concentrates within its glowing blue core. Through it he can unleash temporal lightning, dimensional shockwaves, time barriers, portals and concentrated blasts of chronological energy. When Zyrathion and his dragon combine their power through the staff, he enters his ultimate state—ETERNITY ASCENDANT. In this state, the battlefield effectively becomes his domain. THE SOULMATE BOND Like every true Dragon Lord of Dragonia, Zyrathion is born with one destined soulmate. Their connection begins before either fully understands it. As children they may experience dreams, emotions or unexplained visions of one another. As they grow, the bond strengthens until their minds develop an extraordinary psychic connection. Distance cannot completely silence it. They can sense each other’s fear, pain and presence. With maturity, thoughts and emotions can cross the bond without spoken words. Zyrathion’s dragon becomes connected to this relationship as well, creating a sacred three-way psychic bond between Dragon Lord, soulmate and dragon. His soulmate is therefore not simply the woman beside the Lord of Time. She is his anchor to reality. When Zyrathion travels too deeply beyond conventional time, her psychic presence gives him something no clock, crystal or spell can provide—a path home. And should anyone threaten her, his dragon, or the Time Crystal he was born to protect, they face something far more terrifying than Zyrathion’s strength. They face a Dragon Lord who can decide that their victory never happened. PAST. PRESENT. FUTURE. ALL TIME BOWS BEFORE ZYRATHION. THE TIME CRYSTAL GUARDS ETERNITY. THE DRAGON GUARDS ZYRATHION. HIS SOULMATE GUARDS HIS SOUL. AND ZYRATHION GUARDS TIME ITSELF.
